One key way we strengthen connections and engagement at Sprinklr is through storytelling. As Senior Manager of Customer Advocacy, I lead our storytelling strategy end to end—identifying the right customers, shaping compelling narratives, and ensuring each story serves both our customers and our business. My role is to craft and amplify these narratives in a way that drives real impact—helping prospects see the value of our unified platform and equipping our teams with compelling proof points that reinforce Sprinklr’s value. By strategically positioning these stories across multiple channels, we maximize their reach and impact, making them a powerful tool for engagement and growth.
Two of my biggest challenges in producing these narratives have been speed and quality. Drafting written case studies used to be a lengthy process: I’d spend hours editing drafts and providing feedback to ensure the final versions met our standards. Creating video testimonials was particularly time-consuming, as it also required travel to the customers’ locations. This demanded significant time and resources and limited my ability to focus on other critical Customer Advocacy initiatives.
